Transcription System is high-quality transcription services. This is designed to support your specific dictation and transcription requirements. This flexible design allows you to select the extended dictation and transcription services you need today.
In Transcription System, Doctor’s dictations are captured using Dictaphone or Toll Free Dial In Server. These dictations are further transformed to electronic format and are stored on our secured web server. Once we receive doctor’s dictation in any of the above-mentioned format, we then transcribe their dictations to document files. We than send the transcribed reports in the TAT specified by the Dr. through:
- Electronic Mail attachment, which is secured with your password.
- Uploading of reports on the server.
