How do user/doctor submit their dictations?

User's dictations are captured using Dictaphone or Toll Free Dial In Server.

How user/doctor dictation is processed?

User’s dictations are transformed to electronic format and are stored on our secured web server. Once our system receive user’s dictation, admin will allocate these audios to the MT Group for transcribe these dictations to document files.

How user received their transcriptions?           

Transcription System send the transcribed reports in the TAT specified by the Dr. through:    

• Electronic Mail attachment, which is secured with your password.
• Uploading of reports on the server.
  
  

Can user give instructions to doctor?

Yes, User can give instruction for any patient to doctor.

If audio contains more than one patients dictation then Can User create stay audio?

Yes, User can create stay audio. If audio contains more than one patients dictation then user can create stay audio for each patient and transcribe the document.

Can User view the transcribed File details?
