Once the Doctor confirms the report his signature will be inserted and as per HIPAA law the file would be converted to PDF Document with timestamp of the confirmation.

AlfaDoc - This portal allows you to have access to unlimited files and folders. Our specially designed Document Management System not only allows you to have access to these files and folders, but also gives you and opportunity to share the same with your co-workers.  A full text search and different view options makes it simple to find any document. Our user friendly interface enable you to create, upload, move or download any of your files or folders. In short, this portal actually acts as your mobile office – which we call “paperless office”
