This portal enables Doctors to maintain complete database of their patients. Here they cannot only manage patient details but also edit it online. Once the Doctor confirms the report his signature will be inserted and as per HIPAA law the file would be converted to PDF Document with timestamp of the confirmation. Doctor can confirm the patient document by Email/Fax or both.
